Jon Iadonisi to speak at Defcon XX

LAS VEGAS, NV (JULY 24, 2012) - Jon Iadonisi, an expert on information age unconventional warfare, former Navy SEAL, and founder of the White Canvas Group, will join other cyber threat and investigation experts as part of the DEF CON 20 panel: Meet the Feds One – Law Enforcement.  Mr. Iadonisi will be joined by Jim Christy, DC3, Leon Carroll, Ex-NCIS, Andy Fried, Ex-IRS, Rich Marshall, NSA, David McCallum, TV-NCIS and Justin Wykes, NW3C. 

“DEFCON attracts some of the most creative developers and preeminent thought leaders in the cyber world,” said Mr. Iadonisi.  “I’m deeply honored to be participating at the 20th Anniversary DEFCON conference and look forward to discussing information age threats, the mindsets behind them, and our role in helping shape policy to safeguard our cyber borders.”

DEF CON 20 will be held July 26-29, 2012 at the Rio Hotel in Las Vegas. Mr. Iadonisi will participate in the Meet the Feds One – Law Enforcement panel at 12:00 noon Saturday, July 28.

DEF CON is one of the largest computer industry’s continuous running hacker conventions.  This year’s 20th Anniversary is expected to have an attendance of over 15,000.
